Refund policy

At Date Over Sugar, we take great care in crafting and delivering our products. Each bar and box that leaves our kitchen is made with clean, real ingredients — no sugar, no palm oil, no junk.

However, if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.

 

Refund Eligibility:

We do not accept product returns. But if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or past its expiry date, you are eligible for a full refund.

 

How to Request a Refund:

Please write to us at customercare@dateoversugar.com

 within 7 days of delivery, along with:

Your order ID

Photos of the damaged or expired product

A short note describing the issue

Once verified, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable to the product value.
